3.1 Booking services is free for Travelers. Hosts pay commission fees:

• 10% for accommodation;
• 5% for an activity.
• Access to unique tourist events and locations.

These fees are automatically deducted from the deposit paid by the Traveler. The balance is paid to the Host according to the chosen terms.

3.2 To confirm a reservation:

• Accommodation: deposit equivalent to one night's stay.
• Activity: deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Payment is made by bank card (CIB, El Dahabia). The remaining balance is paid to the Host on the day of the service.

3.3 Tahwissa may modify service fees with reasonable notice. Changes do not apply to prior reservations.

3.4 Verified listing: Tahwissa may verify the accuracy of listing information. Verification is valid for 9 months and must be renewed thereafter. Traveler ratings contribute to this verification.

2.1 The platform is reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over, as well as legally constituted companies or organizations. Any non-compliant access is prohibited.

2.2 To access certain features (publish a listing or make a reservation), you must create an account (Tahwissa Account). If you create an account for a legal entity, you certify that you are authorized to legally bind that entity.

2.3 You can create an account with your email address or via third-party services (Google, Facebook, etc.).

2.4 The information provided must be accurate, complete and up to date. Any false information is your responsibility.

2.5 Creating multiple accounts is prohibited except with authorization. Accounts cannot be assigned or transferred.

2.6 You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to Tahwissa.

2.7 To verify Member identities, Tahwissa may request official documents.

2.8 A Member may delete their account at any time. In the event of an ongoing reservation, the GTU remains applicable. Tahwissa may also suspend an account in case of non-compliance with the GTU.

2.9 Tahwissa disclaims any liability in case of non-compliance with these conditions.

5.1 Any reservation implies a legally binding agreement with the Host. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

5.2 Accommodation bookings: The Traveler agrees to respect the occupancy hours and Host rules.

5.3 Activity bookings: The Traveler must carefully read the conditions and follow the Host's instructions.

Hosts and Travelers may modify or cancel reservations, subject to the conditions specified in the listing. Deposits may be refunded according to the terms. Tahwissa may cancel a reservation if the GTU are not respected.

Ratings and comments reflect Members' opinions and are not verified by Tahwissa. Offensive or defamatory content is prohibited.

Hosts are encouraged to take out insurance. Travelers are responsible for the condition of the service used and must compensate the Host for any damages.

Published content must comply with Tahwissa's policy. Fraudulent, offensive or illegal content may be removed. Tahwissa may use published content for promotional purposes, in compliance with copyright.

Tahwissa cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and disclaims any liability for technical errors, malicious intrusions or outages beyond its control.

Tahwissa complies with Algerian Law 18-07 on personal data protection and is committed to collecting and processing only necessary data, in a secure and transparent manner. Users have the right to access, correct and delete their data.
